We are excited to welcome Gordon Lawson as PARiTA’s new Chief Executive Officer.
Gordon brings nearly two decades of leadership in enterprise SaaS, with a proven track record of scaling global operations, driving go-to-market execution, and optimizing SaaS performance. He has led high-performing teams across both early-stage ventures and established technology firms, consistently delivering strategic growth and operational excellence.
Prior to joining PARiTA, Gordon served as President at RangeForce and as CEO of Conceal. His executive experience also includes leadership roles at ReversingLabs, COFENSE (formerly PhishMe), and PICTOMETRY INTERNATIONAL CORP, where he drove international expansion and enterprise development. Earlier in his career, he served as a U.S. Naval Officer, supporting operational deployments and intelligence missions within key defense agencies.
Gordon’s appointment comes at a pivotal time for PARiTA, as the company enters a new phase of growth focused on transforming how enterprises use workforce intelligence to inform business strategy. His leadership will be instrumental in accelerating adoption, deepening customer impact, and shaping the future of workforce data.
