Christian & Timbers is pleased to share the appointment of Thomas Fuss as Chief Technology Officer at FLYR, a cloud-native technology company advancing AI-powered solutions for the travel industry.
Mr. Fuss brings deep expertise in scaling enterprise technology platforms and leading high-growth engineering organizations. He most recently served at Backbase, where he played a central role in the company’s transformation and tenfold revenue expansion. Earlier in his career, he held innovation leadership roles at SAP and ING Bank, and went on to co-found two companies, including Payconiq, a mobile payments platform backed by ING Group.
At FLYR, Mr. Fuss will lead technology strategy and execution as the company enters a new phase of growth following its $295 million Series D financing. His ability to align technical excellence with business performance is well suited to FLYR’s mission of modernizing travel commerce through advanced AI and real-time decision systems.
