Klasey Gage brings more than a decade of global leadership experience across customer experience, support operations, enterprise services, and IT infrastructure. Prior to joining Transact, Klasey served as Vice President of Global Customer Experience and Support at Adobe, where he led transformation initiatives across multiple geographies, scaled operations, and advanced platform delivery across enterprise and education markets.
In his new role at Transact, Klasey will lead the company’s global services and support functions, oversee strategic growth initiatives, and drive measurable improvements in customer advocacy, operational delivery, and long-term platform success.
