In 2024, one of the firm’s most significant contributions involved a collaboration with Action Against Hunger, a global humanitarian organization operating in over 50 countries. This initiative focused on strengthening the organization’s board structure through a carefully managed refresh process. The mandate initially called for the identification of two new directors. The outcome surpassed this expectation, resulting in four new appointments who each bring depth, experience, and strategic clarity.

- Rachel, co-founder of Imagination Capital and former head of Time Warner Investments, offers deep experience in board governance, media transformation, and investment in innovation. Her decades of board service enhance the organization’s ability to navigate change with strategic foresight.

In the previous year alone, Action Against Hunger reached over 14 million people, delivering programs across nutrition, clean water, health, and food security. It also helped save the lives of more than 407,000 children under the age of five through targeted interventions grounded in data and delivery efficiency.

The project was led by Pravesh, JC Christian, and Jeff Christian, each contributing decades of experience in executive search across sectors.
