Beth Harhai Appointed Chief Revenue Officer at Group Management Services

Group Management Services (GMS) has named Beth (Poletti) Harhai as its Chief Revenue Officer, bringing to the organization a senior technology sales leader with more than two decades of experience driving commercial growth across start-up, growth stage, and large SaaS companies.

The appointment marks a meaningful step in GMS's continued development as a national player in the professional employer organization space. As a certified professional employer organization (CPEO) and benefits administrator, GMS serves companies across the United States, helping them manage human resources functions, streamline operations, and focus on business growth. Founded by Mike Kahoe in 1996, the organization has spent nearly three decades building a reputation for expert guidance and operational support.

Beth steps into the CRO role with a profile defined by results. Her career in technology sales has produced multiple successful organizational transformations, each characterized by double-digit revenue growth and consistent performance against revenue targets. She approaches commercial leadership through data-driven insights and a structured focus on market share expansion, with particular depth in healthcare technology.

Most recently, Beth served as Head of Sales at Relias, a healthcare workforce solutions company. Her time there reinforced her ability to lead complex sales cycles, build strategic client relationships, and align sales organizations around outcomes. Prior to Relias, she accumulated experience across organizations at different stages of growth, giving her a rare combination of entrepreneurial discipline and enterprise-level execution.

Beth's influence in the industry extends beyond the companies she has led. She is a recognized speaker at regional and industry conferences, addressing topics including Equity in Healthcare and Technology and Sales Leadership. These contributions reflect a commitment to building not only revenue but the broader profession. She serves on the Advisory Board for Wave Therapeutics and is a member of Women Business Leaders of the U.S. Health Care Industry Foundation (WBL), two affiliations grounded in her focus on advancing the next generation of healthcare technology and sales professionals.

On joining GMS, Beth noted: "I am passionate about leveraging data-driven insights and cultivating innovative approaches that drive revenue expansion and market share. I look forward to building on the strong foundation GMS has established and working alongside its team to deliver continued value to clients across the country."

The professional employer organization sector has seen sustained demand as companies of all sizes seek to offload administrative HR burdens while gaining access to enterprise-grade benefits and compliance support. GMS is well positioned within this environment, combining CPEO certification with deep operational expertise. Adding a CRO of Beth's caliber signals a clear intention to grow the organization's commercial reach in a deliberate and structured way.

For companies across the US managing the demands of HR, benefits administration, and workforce operations, GMS offers a model built around partnership and long-term outcomes. Beth's appointment adds executive-level sales leadership to that foundation, with a track record that speaks for itself.
