Michael Loga Appointed Chief Revenue Officer at Mercury Development

We are proud to announce the placement of Michael Loga as Chief Revenue Officer at Mercury Development. Michael brings more than 30 years of sales and client leadership to the role. He will guide Mercury Development's next phase of growth as it moves from trusted engineering partner to a go-to name for enterprise AI delivery.

A Mandate in Enterprise AI Delivery

Mercury Development builds AI-powered mobile and web apps and QA automation for startups and enterprises. Its clients include Google, Fitbit, Tonal, and Burger King. Enterprise buyers now want AI features running in production inside the apps their customers use every day. They want them delivered on a predictable timeline and supported after launch.

The firms that win these contracts pair deep engineering with a revenue leader who can speak to both the CTO and the CFO. Mercury Development needed an executive who understands how services firms scale, how Fortune 1000 buyers make decisions, and how to build a sales team that does both.

A Digital Engineering Go-to-Market Career

Michael has spent his career at the point where enterprise buying meets digital engineering.

  • Authority Partners: Most recently, as Chief Revenue Officer, he led go-to-market strategy for the digital engineering firm.
  • Sparq: As Regional Vice President, he grew the Bain Capital Double Impact-backed provider of outsourced digital engineering for Fortune 1000 clients.
  • Magenic: He led East Region Sales across New York, Atlanta, Boston, and Chicago. In 2020, with the team below full capacity during the pandemic, his region grew 47% year over year.
  • RGP: Over 9 years, he ran a $20M P&L as Managing Director for Connecticut and Westchester. As Regional Vice President for Americas East, he led 2 sales teams and sold more than $45M in project and advisory work.
  • Financial services: He began his career at Prudential, JPMorgan Chase, and CIBC World Markets.

The Fit

Each stage of Michael's career built on the last. Finance taught him how enterprise buyers weigh risk. RGP taught him to sell to the C-suite. Magenic, Sparq, and Authority Partners taught him how digital engineering firms grow. Mercury Development sits where all three meet.

Great revenue leaders are measured by pipeline and by the teams they build. Michael brings both.
