His work spans defense platforms, aviation, MRO, space, autonomy, advanced manufacturing, electronics, industrial technology, and private equity-backed transformation.

Max brings deep exposure to leadership environments where P&L ownership, program execution, customer trust, operational discipline, and technical credibility are critical.
