Step 2 Redesign the workflow with guardrails
For each priority workflow, define:
- inputs and systems of record
- acceptable error rates
- human-in-the-loop checkpoints
- escalation paths
- audit logs
Step 3 Build “AI-native” team interfaces
High-performing teams standardize:
- prompt and rubric libraries
- structured templates for outputs
- review protocols

Step 4 Measure what matters in weeks, not quarters
Tie every workflow to a small set of operational metrics:
